(reported by journalist Ko, Peng-Hsin from Military News Agency on April 2nd in Taipei) The 202nd Military Police Command had decided to change the uniforms from April 1 to increase the convenience for the officers in the units when they are on duty. The additional vest printed with MP and leg-hanged holster (according to the type of duty) were also provided so as to develop the facilities of the officers in the front line and meet the requirement of the duty.
Military Police Command claimed that this change aimed to provide the uniforms which could be worn more flexibly and conveniently with quick response. 8 items including a cap had been changed to express elegance, meet the requirement of the duty, and increase the response ability efficiently.
