Armed Forces Agglomerating Patriotism by Presenting the National Anthem at the Second Day of the CPBL All-Star Game.

(reported by journalist Chen, Jun-Jun from Military News Agency on July 28th in New Taipei) The second day of the “2019 CPBL All-Star Game” officially unfolded at the Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium, where the event was kicked off with Colonel Lin of Air Force leading all soldiers and officers to present the national anthem, and the 269 Brigade of Army raising the large national flag, which have agglomerated the awareness of national patriotism, and concretely displayed the unyielding patriotic belief from the Armed Forces comrades.

This year happens to be the 30th anniversary of the Chinese Professional Baseball League, and in order to agglomerate the patriotism of the fans, the league took into account the most representative role, which is the soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces, and specially invited the Ministry of National Defense to be a part of this grand event. Under the theme of “Fight for Taiwan”, comrades of the Armed Forces were given the most important task of leading the presentation of the national anthem as well as the raising of the national flag during the opening ceremony, where the soldiers and officers from the 269 Brigade of Army expanding the large national flag in lightning speed has excited the on-site fans, and instantly stirred up the stadium atmosphere.

All leading Navy singers from this afternoon are spectacular characters, who included Captain Fan Yi-ling, the first female pilot officer of IDF Ching-kuo, Captain Zheng Yu-ting, F-16 pilot officer who participated the “Swissman Xtreme Triathlon”, Captain Guo Wen-jing and Zhou Wan-chun, who transformed from female soldiers to female pilot officers, Sergeant Zhou Ting-hao, U18 player of the Chinese Taipei Badminton Association in 2013, Major Hsu Yong-xian and Hsu Yong-zhang, twin brothers from the missile unit, and Private First Class Hong Ze, who is of Ghana descent.
